House Rules - Amara Noir

Welcome to Amara Noir.

Our establishment stands for discretion, respect, safety, and professionalism. By entering the premises, guests and service providers agree to abide by the following house rules.

    • Entry is restricted to persons aged 18 and over.

    • A valid official photo ID must be presented upon request.

    • Heavily intoxicated persons or persons under the influence of narcotics will not be admitted.

    The right to control access to the premises lies exclusively with the management.

    • Any form of disrespect, harassment, threat or violence will result in immediate expulsion from the premises.

    • Discrimination based on origin, gender, sexual orientation or religion will not be tolerated.

    • The boundaries of the service providers must be respected without exception. A "no" is binding.

    • All services are provided exclusively on a voluntary basis and on the basis of an individual agreement between guest and service provider.

    • Coercion, pressure, or attempts to exert influence are strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

    • A well-groomed appearance and adequate personal hygiene are required.

    • Protective measures are implemented based on the individual agreement between guest and service provider.

    • The decision regarding the type and scope of protective measures lies exclusively with the respective service provider.

    • Prices are agreed exclusively directly between the guest and the service provider.

    • Advance payments are voluntary and subject to individual agreement.

    • The company accepts no liability for individual agreements.

    • Photography, filming or sound recording is strictly prohibited.

    • The privacy of all those present must be respected at all times.

    • Personal data will be treated confidentially.

    • Weapons and dangerous objects are prohibited.

    • Carrying or trading illegal substances is prohibited.

    • The instructions of the staff must be followed at all times.

    • Each guest acts at their own risk.

    • No liability is accepted for clothing or personal belongings.

    • Violation of the house rules will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

    • In serious cases, a permanent ban from the premises is issued and charges are filed.
